The Leader Café Club© members engage openly and energetically in discussions that are structured to encourage open and heartfelt communication. This is yet another “nod” to the Parisienne Café ethos.
The Coursework and Café sessions are designed to enhance leadership skills through interactive discussions and activities that mirror real-life leadership scenarios. This includes exploring new perspectives and pushing approaches that might be uncomfortable…initially!
